El próximo mes se entregrán los premios de la Academia Británica de Cine y Televisión mejor conocidos como premios BAFTA y apenas hace unos días se publicaron a los nominados y The Shape of Water de nuevo es una de las favoritas luego de conseguir 12 nominaciones. Por otro lado, cintas como The Darkest Hour y la comedia dramática Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri  obtuvieron nueve nominaciones y  tanto Blade Runner 2049 como Dunkerque se llevaron ocho.

Así es, The Shape of Water sigue encabezando todas las nominaciones y en esta ocasión, Mejor Película, Fotografía, Diseño de vestuario, Mejor Guión y Mejor Director. Definitivamente, es una buena racha para esta cinta, pues como todos sabemos, recientemente ganó el galardón a Mejor Director en los Golden Globes.
